Spa Etiquette:
We ask that you kindly give a 24-hour cancellation notice.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, a service fee may be charged for a no-show.
A credit card and non-refundable 20% deposit is required when scheduling either multiple people and/or services.
Gift certificates are non-refundable – Not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Products may be returned for salon credit within seven days of purchase with original receipt and packaging.
As a courtesy to other clients and for your own relaxation, please turn your cell phone off or use vibrate mode.
